Hello HcH,
Sorry to post in this very inappropriate place (feel free to delete this post afterwards) but I wanted to followup on a discussion we were having in the AllWinner A23 Factory Firmware Download Page topic but I can't. No reply button there anymore.
Is that topic closed as well too? no padlock icon, though. I'm confused.
The discussion there was interesting, I have some contributions to make and more questions, what a pity I can't reply anymore

Thanks for the feedback, btw, i didn't get your other post at first but I discovered a wrong permission setting was enabled on the forum, this has been resolved yesterday! Thanks a lot for pointing it out, I will soon check this link you posted.

Hey Lannig,

OK! Board permissions are reset and verified to work now with reply. I think the last changes to TechKnow's permission profiles messed it up. However, I tried replying with a test user and now I do see the reply button in the A23 Factory Firmware topic! This fix also should fix more than just this

So many thanks for pointing it out, I should be more careful next time changing the permissions.

Hmmmm, the WonderMedia 8980? I must admit I was not aware of this model!

I think, this device you have may contain another SoC, the page says mali 400, I wouldn't be surprised if it's something different

Would you like to run this tool? http://www.techknow.me/forum/index.php?topic=8186.0 This is the Device Info Android App I've done to ID unknown tablets and make a extensive report about the device specifications automatically

If you run the tool , you can save to SD and attach the output txt file to you post (or copy paste the content).

Hey Firewire,

Yea that's Uberoid WM8650 (check the ROM downloads section for that one), you need option 45=KS-UMPC070VA Netbook 7inch

But to take no risks, read the instructions on howto backup your system config in the rom download topic

The game mods are removed from the website (not much to none feedback). There was a rip and full (including Rainbow Six: TakeDown) version, which would you like?

The only version I could find with an actual download is the older CD version. I would like to play the most recent version with big fixes. (I'm really jonesing for some old school Rainbow Six). I'd prefer the version without takedown. Just the original R6 series missions...

this has some old good mods and the latest 130MB version of BlackOps, containing a lot of various fixes, but should still miss some silenced gun sounds somewhere compared to the last large download that's at 3D ShooterLegends. Also has the windows 10 patch in that dir.

as much I would like to, the downgrade of the hosting has resulted in not enough hosting space.

Screw sites as mediafire and 4shared, people always complain about the ads over there, so I won't recommend using a free public file host, and the Android thing here is over.
