Hello TechKnow members and visitors!
A lot of people don't know there is a very nice recovery procedure in these tablets! Many people seek factory firmware in order to and damage their device by flashing the wrong firmware, DO NOT FLASH FIRMWARE UNLESS YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
Most problems, like boot problems, can be resolved by running a simple and safe "data wipe/factory reset", that does not require you to search the proper firmware for your tablet!
Sometimes your device can not boot anymore. It will be stuck on the Android logo for eternity.
You can fix this yourself easily thanks to the recovery mode!
Entering the recovery mode:
It's something like holding volume up button while turning it on (or the volume down button)
If all went well, you will see a picture of an Android (probably with a exclamation mark)
Navigating the recovery mode:
Then use the plus/min volume buttons to scroll through the recovery options. The power button (on my phone) acts as the enter key.
You need to run the "data wipe/factory reset" option.
I hope this saves your tablet!
