drivers work for adb and can use cmd window in win7 to push/pull but Uberizer does not play well with it yet and I think its due to being KK 4.4.4

I think you are right, Uberizer does not play nice with 4.2 and above Android versions, will get that fixed soon :)

I might have a (sl)eazy fix for it!
