Sorry to say, but once the flash has been done, the original configuration is gone. Unless you tried it one time using Uberoid, before Uberoid is installed, it will make a ENV backup on the SD ;-)
Crap, I installed a random CFW cause I thought it would be the best shot, didn't know of that dump folder for bad flashes lol
But now it's trail and error I'm afraid. There are some articles on the forum about configuring your tablet once the original configuration has been lost, maybe you 've found those already?
Actually, I haven't found/looked for those post; would you mind leading me to 'em? Thanks for the quick reply, hope the trial and error doesn't last too much.
Meanwhile, the support forums were deleted so the best info is probably lost now ( I had to move TechKnow 5 times and eventually had to remove parts of the forum to reduce size ).
I did find this in the FAQ:
#1 My TouchScreen doesn't work after flashing
/ (and) I haven't use the Analyzer Tool, now what?
In order to get the proper TS driver:
1. Open FirmwareInstall\config\FMaker.exe (TechKnow Translated Edition)
2. Select another type TS from the pulldown menu
Manually based off other FWC files/backups:
1. Open the FWC file, see the "TOUCH name" parameter, make sure the one you
will use to flash differs from the last one:
2a. If TS with a FWC fails, check what the TS value is in the FWC file by
opening it with notepad.
example: <TOUCH name="RTP7_VT1609_DPT" />
2b. Try the next FWC file in the directory, but first check if this one doesn't
has the same TOUCH driver, if so, skip it, until you find a FWC with
another TOUCH driver.
example: <TOUCH name="CTP10.1_FT5406_LS1010MG01" />
NOTE: This FAQ not only applies to Touch Screen, but wifi and sound as well.
I hope that's useful to you, if not, I've moved all the best FAQ topics to this board:https://www.techknow.one/forum/index.php?board=247.0
